K.ontinuing my story of dichotomy that I've started back in 2013, my #newKproject takes it to the whole new level. What's more dichotomous than life and death?... And following my k.redo of controversy and non-conformism, I want to explore in depth the taboo topic of our society - "death".
You're shrugging already?! - oh how conditioned we are! Cultures, religions, rituals, societal norms and fear of unknown framed our perception about this multidimensional concept. And this is exactly what I intend to shatter…
Good-bye 2014—what a year it’s been… My art-collection K.REATURES travelled around the world and received an outstanding attention from renowned art-collectors and media. Personally, I’ve grown so much through this experience as an artist and as a human being. I met new extraordinary people in my life and deepened my long lasting relationships with people close to my heart, which I am eternally thankful for. So in the spirit of gratefulness, I thought I’d take a minute and thank you all for being part of my life & for sharing your attention with me. Thank you for your “likes”, “tweets”, comments and spreading the word about K. – keep them k.oming! ^__^
Welcoming 2015 I’d like to wish you all an extraordinary year of joy & upbeat rhythm of new accomplishments, wellbeing and admiration!
This year I’m focusing on my new big art project (#newKproject). I will immerse myself into researching emptiness, death, existentialism, new trends in culture, new conceptual lighting and art-techniques, collaboration with other artists… Use the above mentioned hashtag to follow my discoveries and to share your thoughts and your own individual ideas on these matters. I might not be too present in the media during this process as it does require my full devotion. Though, I will still run one or two exhibitions and will do my best sharing some insights on my website and social media - but again, not as frequently.
My K.REATURES book is on amazon and my art-works are available for you through galleries or directly through me, so if you’re up for some addition to your intelligent art-collection, go for it.
